Time to put the feet up
Lets talk about all the things that happen after the days adventure ends
Something we all should be doing.
.
.
Range day action.
Time for tennis
As a sporting shooter, I enjoy the skill, camaraderie and excitement of a day at the range.
The Daily Chores
At the end of the day a few checks we should be doing before settling in to our first frothy.
Your tow vehicle:
Take a walk around and check your tires.
Any strange noises? Look for the culprit. Give all accessories on the outside of the vehicle a shake, like the antenna mount for your UHF aerial.
Check to see if your fridge has moved and the cooling vents are obstructed.
Do you need to lift the bonnet? IF so a quick check of all fluids is a good idea especially if a hard days driving has ended.
Just a few more before the frothy.
.
Your van or camper:-
Check tire pressures, they may look good but!!!!
A quick look under for any fluid leaks. Nothing worse than loosing precious water when there is none to be had.
Any strange smells. Is the gas supply good and sound?
Has anything rattled loose in doors? Don't want the microwave to land on your foot.
Have a look at the date stamp on your tyres, the recommended age for them to be replaced varies but seven years appears the average age for replacement.
